Tom MacKay

Tom MacKay, director of MacKay Solutions, has working in the field of hypnotherapy, psychology and NLP for over 20 years. He is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, trainer of NLP and hypnosis, and a psychologist and has been involved in training a wide range of blue chip companies including Whitbread, Reuters, Visa, ParcelForce, BP and David Lloyd Leisure.

Some people Tom has trained with include Wyatt Woodsmall, Richard Bandler, Tad James, Sydney Rosen, Ernest Rossi, Lara Ewings, Tony Robbins, Robert MacDonald and Eric Greanleaf. He is one of the most experienced hypnotherapists in the UK.

Tom has a passion for helping people to transform their lives through using hypnosis, hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and other techniques.

Tom first started working as a hypnotherpist, coach and NLP Practitioner back in 1990. He has worked with thousands of people one to one and in group classes. For some time he worked in a hospital using hypnosis to help patients manage chronic pain and learn vital relaxation and stress management techniques. He has worked with a very wide range of conditions such as stopping smoking, weight loss, phobias, relaxation, overcoming exam nerves, improving sporting performance, presentation skills and many other areas.

He is constantly researching and developing new innovations in hypnotherapy to help clients achieve their results most effectively.

Tom has appeared on several television shows demonstrating hypnosis and NLP, including 'Blood and Guts - a history of surgery', 'Pay off Your Mortgage' and 'Country House Rescue'.
